1. The incorrect length of the capillary ,this is the most common causes of a super noise, if the capillary in the refrigeration system is not long enough ,it will hinder the cold air in the compressor spray up to the evaporator smoothly and successfully, and the blockage caused the noise.

2. The working noise of a supermarket freezer mainly comes from the working of the compressor, evaporator and condenser in the refrigerated system.

     3. The flowing from the refrigerant; when the uneven placement for a refrigerated product and even resonate collision between voice and pipeline will cause some noise.

The methods to reduce a supermarket commercial refrigerator:

1. Choose the suitable length of the capillary for the refrigerated system according to the actual requirements of the product , ask professional guidance from professional person. 

2. Keep a strong compressor base, if the noise comes down after pressing the compressor heavily with hands , and again gets noisy when release hands from the compressor,then you have to fix the base and check for the connection bolts and replace the gaskets which lost elastic .

3 strengthen the connection between the pines and the refrigerator, check and adjust the connection between the outer pipe and the refrigerator, so as to avoid the resonating of the compressor during its working state.

4. A good thermal environment will help a supermarket commercial refrigerator work better, and guarantee the stability of a refrigerated unit and lower the noise when runs the unit.
