[ Classification of Ice Machine ]
The ice makers/ ice machines can be divided into three types: commercial ice machine, household ice machine, industrial ice machine .
The shape of ice: there are particles ice(cylindrical , square shape, moon shape), the snowflake ice, flake ice, plate ice and shell ice, etc.
Cylindrical ice is divided into spray type, water type and immersion by the making way.
Spray type is as a common way to make the cylindrical ice, the way of low freezing point, with the temperature of below- 20 ℃ . The interface between the cylindrical ice is small, it not easy to stick together and convenient to use ice. It is suitable for wine cooling with its characteristic of high hardness,low temperature and crystal clear, the melting of the slower speed will not dilute the taste of wine.The shortcoming of cylindrical ice machine is its low efficiency of ice making.Generally it is used in the production of desktop small ice machine.
The temperature of flake ice is 6 ℃ to - 12 ℃,it is the most suitable cooling way for industrial processing and metamorphic items transportation . It is often used in the supermarket to show fresh seafood,The large flake ice can also be used in cement factories, chemical factories, meat processing factories, marine fishery, etc.
