The compositions of a cold-room are divided into five parts: cold storage units, cold storage board (including refrigerator door), evaporator, distribution box and copper pipe.
一.Cold Storage Board:
Cold storage board is comprised by inner material and external material.There are five kinds of the thickness of the cold storage board,they are 75 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm.
The external material is divided into three types: color steel plate, embossed aluminum plate, steel plate, stainless steel plate.The thickness of the external layer material is 0.4 mm or 0.5 mm type, and so on. The inner material is of polyurethane foaming.
Most of the customers will use the cold storage board with the thickness of 100 mm and the color steel plate with the thickness of 0.4 mm polyurethane foaming. The chicker the cold storage plate is, the better heat preservation effect will be .we can produce the cold storage board according to customers' special requirements.;
Refrigerator door can be divided into three types: sliding door and bifold door. The size and the thickness of the door,even the door plate can be customized according to customer's requirement.
二The cold storage unit:
The working process of cold storage refrigeration system is ：the compressor - > the condenser - > the storage tank - > filters - > expansion valve - > the evaporator.
There are many famous brand of compressor: Copeland(USA),Bitzer (Germany), sanyo (Japan), Taikang (France), Hitachi (Japan),Daikin (Japan),Panasonic (Japan).
There are different kinds of refrigerant corresponding to each compressor , such as R12,R22,R134a,R404a,R410a,R600
Among them, R134a,R404a,R410a and R600 belong to environmental protection refrigerants. (All our cold storage units adopt environmental protection refrigerants),different filling pressure value respond to different kinds of refrigerants.
1 The condenser is used for making for an effect of heat dissipation to the compressor.
If the condenser is dirty, or the cold storage units is installed in the place with bad heat dissipation,then it will directly affect the refrigeration effect of the cold storage. So normally, we have to clean the condenser every three months , the condenser machine of the cold storage must be installed in a space of good ventilation.
2, the role of the storage tank is to store liquid refrigerants
When we run refrigeration system, the compressor will compress the air to the condenser for cooling, there will be liquid refrigerant and gaseous refrigerant flow together in the copper pipe.then when the liquid refrigerant gets too much, the spare parts will be stored in the liquid storage tank, if there is less liquid refrigerant, refrigeration storage tank will automatically do the filling.
3, Filter Impurities
The strainer will filter out the debris or impurities produced from the copper tube and refrigeration compressor, such as dust, moisture and so on. If there is no strainer, all the dirty things will jam the sundry capillary or expansion valve, which will make a harmful effect to the refrigeration.
4, Expansion Valve,
The thermal expansion valve is installed at the entrance of evaporator, so we call it the expansion valve. Its main functions are :
5,Conversion function.
The liquid refrigerants of high temperature and high pressure turn into the low temperature low pressure mist hydraulic refrigerants after transformation of expansion valve hole , which creates conditions for the evaporation of the refrigerants.
6, Control the Refrigerant Flow.
The liquid refrigerants come into the evaporator turn into steam with the help of the evaporator, which absorb the heat in the refrigerator and reduce the temperature . Expansion valve is designed for controlling the refrigerant flow, if the refrigerant flow too much in a period of time,there will be liquid refrigerants contain in the exit of evaporator , if there is a mall flowing rate of the refrigerants, it may lead to inadequate refrigeration to the compressor.
三The Evaporator
Evaporator is a recuperative heat exchange equipment, low temperature low pressure liquid refrigerant in the evaporator heat transfer wall on one side of the vaporization heat, so that the other side of the wall heat transfer medium is cooling, the cooling medium is usually air or water.
So the evaporator can be divided into two broad categories. The cooling liquid evaporator and air cooling evaporator. The evaporator of cold storage is used mostly for the latter.
四 Distribution box
Distribution box need to be aware of is installed. General distribution will be installed in the cold storage by the door, so the power cord usually equipped with cold storage refrigerator door 1-2 meters (as far as possible let customers leave some more line).
Five, the copper tube Note here is the cold storage unit to the evaporator of the copper tube length best control within 15 m. If laying copper pipe is too long, can affect the cooling effect.
