If the concentration gets a curtain degree,fruits and vegetables in the cold storage will make a physiological disorders and quality decline. So in the process of using cold storage we often ventilate the freezer,it is better to change the air in the morning of a low temperature. In addition, there will be a frost layer on the evaporator after using a period of time,it will influence refrigeration effect if we don’t do the timely cleaning.These are the common condition maintenance and management, specific cases are still analyzed according to the type of the goods storage and personnel management of the equipment.
