1. The Cleaning and Maintenance of Ice Maker:
Maintenance cycle: no more than 15 days
Air-cleaning filter: the filter is soaked in neutral detergent solution, cleaning it with a soft brush,do the installation after dry it up, clean it every time at the frequency of no more than three months.
The cleaning of the surface :wipe the surface with a dishcloth which stick with neutral detergent solution.
The cleaning of water system : according to the related instructions of the cleaning procedures, no more than six months for each cleaning, the components of water system can be cleaned and disinfected after disassembly;
The cleaning of the refrigerator storage : the cleaning and disinfection of the refrigerator storage is carried through as the procedures of related instructions
The cleaning of condenser :we can use compressed air to purge from the top to the bottom; For the oil contamination, we can clean with commercial coil cleaner.
Circuit and wiring: check whether the circuit connection is in loose or tight connection.
1. Cleaning Procedures
1.1 when finish the collecting process of ice, the ice fall from the evaporating dish, then switch the function to the "stop" position.
1.2 take out the ice from the refrigerator storage.
1.3 Then switch to the "clean" position, then comes the cleaning or disinfection process, water starts to inject into the sink.
1.4 when the water pump works, the water outflow from the water pipe,flow through the evaporation pan, at this time, add suitable amount of detergent into the sink.
1.5 The ice maker will automatically complete the cleaning process, and rinse the machine automatically.
1.6 After the completion of cleaning, the ice machine will stay in standby mode. At this time you can switch to \"ice\" position, then it turns to the stage of making ice.
2. The Cleaning or Disinfection Procedures of Removed Components :
2.1 Shut off the water source of ice machine, cut off the power supply of ice machine;
2.2 Remove the water board, water pipe and some other components need to wash (or sterilization) parts;
2.3 Put the separate components into the immersion of suitable amount of cleaning or disinfection solution.The ratio test is as below:

2.4 Clean the parts of machine carefully with a soft bristle brush or sponge brush(no metal brush) ;
2.5 Clean the top, each sides and the bottom of the evaporator section with cleaning solution and brush ;
2.6 Rinse all the cleaning(or disinfecting) parts thoroughly with clear water;
2.7 install the dismantled parts
2.8 Turn on the switches of water and power supply.
3.Cleaning ( Sterilization) Note:
3.1 when use the detergents and disinfectants of ice machine,please wear rubber gloves and protective goggles, wearing a face mask is also suggested.
3.2 What we can only use are the detergents and disinfectants;the package number of detergent is 9405463 with the color of blue; the package number of disinfectant is 9405653with the color of pink. Please provide the package number in the purchase;
3.4 separately from the cleaning and disinfection, cleaning first, then comes the disinfection. Don't mix detergents and disinfectants together;
3.5 No artificially suspending the cleaning or disinfection process after joining detergent or disinfectant,otherwise there will be residues of detergent or disinfectant inside the machine.
