(1) Artificial Defrosting:

Artificial defrost is used for the supermarket cake freezer with the cooling way of without a fan or a electric defrost device. When the evaporator of the cake tank shows that the  thickness of the frost layer is 4 mm to 6 mm,screw the thermostat knob to the stop position (0 or OFF position),put off the power plug to make the compressor stop running. After finishing the defrost, then put the thermostat to back to normal working position again, or plug in the power plug again. Although artificial defrost has the characteristic of simple operation and save electricity, but it is not convenient, you need to observe the conditions of frost during a period of time. If we do not enable the compressor work in time,that will make a high temperature inside the ark,then increase the electric energy consumption after restarting.

Unplug the power supply, open the door of the freezer, make a natural balance of the freezer temperature and outside temperature, so as to achieve the aim of defrosting. Advantages; Save electricity, energy saving. Faults; A long time to go for the defrosting.

(3) The Semi-automatic Defrosting:

It is generally applied in the freezer which is equipped with semi-automatic defrost button or electric defrost mechanism. When the surface layer of the evaporator reaches to 4~6 mm, press the button of the semi-automatic defrost , shut off the power of the compressor motor to stop the compressor from running. This method can be taken in natural defrost  or electric heating defrost. After the frost on the surface of the evaporator melts, the  temperature of the evaporator surface reaches 4 ℃, and when the temperature inside the freezer is about 10 ℃,the button of semi-automatic defrost controller will automatically switch to the working state for the compressor. This way of defrost has the advantage of simple structure and reliable operation, but it needs manual operation to the defrost .

Unplug the power supply, hot water or other heat sources is placed in the freezer, make it achieve the goal of defrosting. Advantages:time saving.Advantage: consumption of other energy sources.

Applied in the the cooling way at night. It is not only can provide a automatic defrost timing, but also enable the refrigeration compressor stop working automatically during the time of defrost.After meeting the requirement of the defrost, can automatically stop this process and recover the work of refrigeration's compressor.

Unplug the power and root out the frost with flat plastic bladder wall piece of defrosting. Advantage; Save time, defects:There is a risk of damaged devices. The strength should be moderate when we try this way to defrost.

Whether using which approach to defrost, everyone should remember to use a dry towel to wipe the indoor water after defrosting, do not freeze the smoking food and other food was still smoking. In a word, it is necessary to minimize the moisture in the freezer.
