[ Safety  Notes ]

1. Please make sure that the power outlet must be equipped with an efficient ground wire .

2. Make sure that the power supply wire of the machine is equipped with short-circuit protection and leakage protection device .There is a well-functioning equipment in the machine , please do not open the panels under the boot state !

3 ,The  power line of ice cream machine is no less than 4.0 mm2 copper wire power cord wall . When the power cord is too small , it will make the load is too large, resulting in a voltage reduction , it will impact the working of the machine , or even damage the machine.

4 , Be careful to set gear ! if you are necessary to change the hardness gear position，please press the "STOP" key 8 seconds under the stop statue to enter the hardness setting ( factory- set to 3 levels ). Setting the gear too high will greatly increase the power consumption and wear of machines.

5 The allocation of ice cream powder should be strictly in accordance with the formula of ice cream powder. If water is too much, it will affect the taste and accelerate theabrasionof the machine; if water is too less and sugar is too much,it’s difficult to shapean ice cream or orprolong the forming time .

6 Prohibit to add material only to a single pot and run the machine with only one pot is storing up with material ! If apotis full of material but another is empty, it will damage the machine!Therefore, we should add materials to both pots in time.

7 Please be careful to read the instructions before using the machine and master installation ways of all kinds of sealing parts .Improper installation or damage ofthe sealing rings will lead to the material leakagein the pots.

8, As a kind of food processing equipment, please pay strict attention to cleaning of the parts of ice cream machine.

9, In order to ensure that the machines work properly, each side of the machine should be left 30CM  or more space,and there should be than 1.5M space for the air vents to ensure the cooling of , inhalable substance (such as plastic bag) is not supposed to appear near the radiator and the vent .
