【Types of Mini Cold Room】

The  thickness of PU sandwich panels for mini walk in cold room project is chosen from 10 cm to 15 cm according to the customer's requirements or according the actual temperature requirement; the freezing capacity of mini cold room is under 1000 tons with air cooling system, while the medium ones are within the scope of 1000 ~ 10000 tons .It is above 10000 tons for large cold storage capacity .

1、Mini cold storage in high temperature :is mainly used for storing fruits ,vegetables, eggs, medicinal materials, wood preservation and items drying, etc. The temperature is usually stay at 0 ℃ to 15 ℃, usually with air cooling fan for cooling.

2、Mini walk in cold room in medium temperature:is mainly used for storing meat, aquatic products, poultry, etc.; Generally the inner temperature will be-15 ℃ to - 18 ℃.

3、Mini cold room with low temperature , also known as frozen cold room, deep frozen cold room,freeze the food by fan assisted  cooling  or special refrigerating installations ; The temperature will ranges from  -20℃  to - 45 ℃.This kind of cold room is mainly used for frozen food, industrial test, medical using and other special purposes.
4、Quick-freezing mini cold room, which also called tunnel cold cold room and frozen tunnel cold room, is used for freezing food in a very short time.
